A small guide on how to take care of your leather bag.

Keep your bag clean

The first basic thing is to start with cleanliness. Keep both the inside and outside of your bag clean and wipe away any dust or dirt. If you are accustomed to carry random bits and bobs around in your bag, sort them out into smaller bags and organize your cosmetics in a smaller pouch inside the bag. It also helps to minimize the weight you carry when you know what you are carrying – you will thank yourself later!

If you lead a busy life and carry your lunch with you, make sure it’s well closed and secured. Clean up the insides of your bag with a microfiber cloth or if necessary, hoover carefully possible crumbs and dust away regularly.

Shipping Terms

Our domestic orders are being delivered by Posti Finland or DHL. For Intenationally orders we use DHL. 

We process all the orders within 1-2 working days.

After placing an order you will receive two emails: one confirming your order after your purchase and one after your order have been sent. We provide you a tracking number to follow your purchase.

If you have a finnish bank account you can make your payments straight from your internet bank.
Supported banks are: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Handelsbanken, POP pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, SP/OmaSP, S-pankki, Ålandsbanken and Danske Bank.
You can also pay by instalment through Collector Bank

Returns and refunds

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days and exchange it or get your money refunded. Products have to be in original packing and condition.
Returns with improper postage or postage not paid will not be accepted by us. In case of our mistake, product damaged in delivery or faulty product, we will refund the price of the product and all delivery expenses to you.

When returning a discounted product, the return delivery fee is paid by the customer.
