What are the payment options?

You can pay with all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard) and PayPal.

If you have a Finnish bank account, you can make your payments through online banking. Supported banks are: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Handelsbanken, POP Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, SP/OmaSP, S-pankki, Ålandsbanken and Danske Bank.

You can also pay by instalment through MASH.

What currency are the prices displayed in?

All prices on our web shop are displayed in Euros (EUR).

I’d like to place an order, but the item is out of stock. When will you restock it?

You can subscribe to an availability notification and we will inform you when the item is back in stock. The option for subscribing can be found on the product page – depending on the product, choose the colour you are interested in and fill in your e-mail address. We will let you know as soon as the product will be again available for purchase.

There was something wrong with my order. Who can I contact?

How do I use a gift card?

The gift cards should be used within 6 months from purchase, and they can be used on the web shop by entering the gift card code during the check-out process.

I’d like to get a gift for someone – could you help me out?

Certainly – we can wrap the gift nicely and include a small handwritten card and deliver it to the receiver, if you wish. When placing the order, just let us know in the comments section if you wish it to be gift wrapped and what you would like the card to say and provide us with the delivery address of the gift receiver. We’ll take care of the rest.

Can I exchange an item if I am not happy with it?

Yes, you can return the product within 14 days and exchange it or get a refund. The returned products have to be in their original packaging and condition.

How soon will I receive my order?

All our orders are processed within 1-2 days. The delivery times depend on your location. We ship with DHL/GLS and delivery time is within 1-3 days (inside EU) and 2-5 days (internationally).

DHL Express offers On Demand Delivery service which ensures a fast and easy delivery.

How much does the shipping cost?

Finland: Free shipping for bags. Shipping fee for smaller items is 3€.

EU, Norway & Iceland: 10€ (free after 150€)

Rest of the world: 25€ (free after 250€)

For overseas orders, please notice that you may receive import or customs taxes.

How much are the customs expenses?

All the prices on our web shop include the Finnish VAT. If you are ordering from outside the EU, you may receive import or customs taxes. These custom taxes are handled always by the customer. The charges vary in different countries, so please contact your local customs office to get more information.

How can I track my order?

We will provide you with a tracking code that you will receive to your e-mail after placing your order. You can track you order on GLS or DHL’s website.

I want to return an item. How does it work?

Where are the MOIMOI bags made?

All our bags are handcrafted from vegetable tanned leather in Menorca, Spain. We know our supply chain well and like to keep things transparent. We pay a fair salary and support other small businesses, like us.

I’m looking for a bag that fits my laptop. Which models fit a 13’’ laptop?

We’ve got several options! For example, KOKO, EMILIO, OTTO, IRMA, and SILVIA are all designed to fit a 13’’ laptop inside.

Where are the MOIMOI bags made?

Our bags are handcrafted in Spain. We only use the finest leather, which is sourced from France. The leather is vegetable tanned in Spain and the bags are made by local leather artisans in a small factory in Menorca. All the metal parts we use are sourced from Spain.

How do I take care of my MOIMOI bag?

We recommend maintenance once or twice a year for your leather bag – the basic care includes three simple steps.

  1. Get a good quality leather wax, for example one with beeswax. Keep your bag clean inside & out. Always use a soft cloth to remove dirt or other stains.
  2. Apply the leather wax and let it affect for a few hours. Wipe the excess wax off with a soft cloth.
  3. If your bag gets wet, let it dry naturally in room temperature. Do not apply direct heat to it. Store the bag inside a dust bag when you’re not using it.

By taking care of your leather bag, you make sure it will serve you for years to come.

Shipping Terms

Our domestic orders are being delivered by Posti Finland or DHL. For International orders we use DHL. 

We process all the orders within 1-2 working days.

After placing an order you will receive two emails: one confirming your order after your purchase and one after your order has been sent. We provide you a tracking number to follow your purchase.

Returns and refunds

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days and exchange it or get your money refunded. Products have to be in original packing and condition.

Returns with improper postage or postage not paid will not be accepted by us. In case of our mistake, product damaged in delivery or faulty product, we will refund the price of the product and all delivery expenses to you.

When returning a discounted product, the return delivery fee is paid by the customer.
