What are the payment options?
You can pay with all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard) and PayPal.
If you have a Finnish bank account, you can make your payments through online banking. Supported banks are: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Handelsbanken, POP Pankki, Aktia, Säästöpankki, SP/OmaSP, S-pankki, Ålandsbanken and Danske Bank.
What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices on our web shop are displayed in Euros (EUR).
I’d like to place an order, but the item is out of stock. When will you restock it?
Spring 2023 update: We are ending MOIMOI and the products sold out are not going to be re-stocked anymore.
You can subscribe to an availability notification and we will inform you when the item is back in stock. The option for subscribing can be found on the product page – depending on the product, choose the colour you are interested in and fill in your e-mail address. We will let you know as soon as the product will be again available for purchase.
There was something wrong with my order. Who can I contact?

How do I use a gift card?
The gift cards should be used within 6 months from purchase, and they can be used on the web shop by entering the gift card code during the check-out process.
I’d like to get a gift for someone – could you help me out?
Certainly – we can wrap the gift nicely and include a small handwritten card and deliver it to the receiver, if you wish. When placing the order, just let us know in the comments section if you wish it to be gift wrapped and what you would like the card to say and provide us with the delivery address of the gift receiver. We’ll take care of the rest.
Can I exchange an item if I am not happy with it?
Yes, you can return the product within 14 days and exchange it or get a refund. The returned products have to be in their original packaging and condition.

How soon will I receive my order?
All our orders are processed within 1-2 days. The delivery times depend on your location. We ship with Posti or DHL inside Finland.
DHL Express offers On Demand Delivery service which ensures a fast and easy delivery.

How much does the shipping cost?

How can I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking code that you will receive to your e-mail after placing your order. You can track you order on Posti or DHL’s website.
I want to return an item. How does it work?
Note: All our shippings and returns work normally during the Spring 2023.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days from the purchase and exchange it or get your money refunded. Products have to be in original packing and condition.

Where are the MOIMOI bags made?
Our bags are handcrafted in Spain. We only use the finest leather, which is sourced from France. The leather is vegetable tanned in Spain and the bags are made by local leather artisans in a small factory in Ubrique. All the metal parts we use are sourced from Spain.
How do I take care of my MOIMOI bag?
We’re proud to say that all our products are designed and made to last using high-quality materials – and they are easy to care for. With a little effort, your bag will last in great condition for years to come. The basic care includes 3 steps.
- Keep both the inside and outside of your bag clean and wipe away any dust or dirt. We recommend using a clean polishing brush to help remove any dust and storing your bag inside a dust bag when it’s not in use.
- If the bag gets wet, let it dry naturally in room temperature – do not apply direct heat to it. When it comes to wear and tear, we recommend you take the bag to a professional cobbler.
3.1. If you need to remove some small stains or marks, we recommend using a leather gel containing beeswax and shea butter.
After using your bag for a while, you can use a leather lotion or balm to nourish it. Leather care products made with beeswax and jojoba oil are excellent to care for vegetal tanned leather. And of course; remember to always test the product first on a small, concealed area.Our vegan material
3.2. The vegan material doesn’t require any additional care products. We recommend using a damp cloth to remove any possible dirt, and a clean polishing brush to remove any dust.
