The initial idea of MOIMOI started in Barcelona, where the co-founder of MOIMOI, Raquel, was working on her master’s degree when she started to develop further her idea of an independent accessories brand. The soft, natural colors of the Mediterranean city’s urban life left an impression on her which is conveyed in the bag designs that Raquel went on to create.

Our domestic orders are being delivered by Posti Finland or DHL. For International orders we use DHL.
We process all the orders within 1-2 working days.
After placing an order you will receive two emails: one confirming your order after your purchase and one after your order has been sent. We provide you a tracking number to follow your purchase.

Returns and refunds
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 14 days and exchange it or get your money refunded. Products have to be in original packing and condition.
Returns with improper postage or postage not paid will not be accepted by us. In case of our mistake, product damaged in delivery or faulty product, we will refund the price of the product and all delivery expenses to you.
When returning a discounted product, the return delivery fee is paid by the customer.
